The HCG diet is simple and straightforward. The main problem with most weight loss diets is simply that people can’t stick with them! We simply provide you with an eating plan, menus, and recipes, and you continue to shop at your regular grocery store.

Calories are significantly reduced on the HCG diet. However, we carefully balance your meals to ensure that your body receives the fuel it needs. You will have plenty of energy, and you won’t suffer from constant hunger and cravings.

The HCG diet program is recommended for a 30-day period. During this time, women lose an average of 15 to 20 pounds, and men lose 20 to 25 pounds. Afterward, we recommend a six-week transitional phase, during which you continue to follow a healthy eating plan, to maintain your weight loss.

Your HCG diet program includes daily doses of HCG, along with all of the support you need to stick with the plan. You will attend weekly weigh-ins at our office, and receive coaching and counseling as needed to help you stick with your program. Afterward, our maintenance program helps you prevent the unwanted pounds from returning.
